We got the place through Zen Hotels, but when we arrived the gate was locked and there wasn't a bell. The taxi driver called the number outside, then told us the property was closed. The empty, dusty rooms visible through the windows made it look abandoned. We went to another hotel, and the owners did everything they could to stop us getting a refund through either PayPal or Zen Hotels. They kept the €100 we'd paid. It's a complete scam, especially compared with the hospitality we got from other Bulgarians. Stay away.
