I travel often and keep coming back to Hotel Triada because the service is exceptional. The rooms are clean, the place is nice, the staff are great, and prices are affordable. Julua (Front Manager), Victoria (Receptionist), and the whole front desk team are amazing and always so helpful!

There's plenty of space in the rooms, with a terrace and great air conditioning. It's a really nice, clean, comfortable place to stay in Sofia. The girl at reception was lovely and speaks great English. You can find food, coffee, sweets, and a grocery store around five minutes away. Thanks for giving me such a good place to rest. 🫶

For what they charge per night, this was a horrible experience. The curtains came apart when I pulled them, and there seemed to be mold on the bedframe. I couldn't lock the room because the door was broken. The room smelled strongly of sweat, and the bathroom smelled even worse. There was someone's hair stuck to the wall and hair clips left on the floor by the previous guests.

I spent a month there, and the experience was extraordinary. The food was great, everything was always clean and prepared, and the staff were thoughtful, friendly, and professional. Whenever a problem came up, they dealt with it very efficiently.

We paid $287 for four nights, breakfast included. For that price, it may be OK, but the cleanliness disappointed me. I found black hair in the bathroom after checking in, so the room hadn't been properly cleaned after the previous guests. The hotel presents itself as four-star, yet we saw a certificate in the breakfast room showing it is actually a three-star hotel. That felt misleading.
