Hostel Arena

Fine for a single night, that's about it.

We picked this hotel for the quiet, with no music or animation, and had stayed there for several years. June 2023, room 210, was awful. For all 8 days, children ran around the corridor, yelled, and dragged furniture until 1 a.m. There was no soundproofing. After I complained, they knocked on our door at night and shouted “ku ku.” The cleaning lady was also constantly drunk and insulted my wife over toilet paper. I usually try to find something positive in any situation, but this was disgusting and ruined our holiday. We won't be going back to Arena Hotel this year.

We had no utensils, kettle, or even a mug, and staff refused when we asked for one. The view from our window looked onto renovation work, and the soundproofing was awful: you could hear everything happening in the hallway. Renovations were also underway, which shouldn't have been allowed by law. I was attacked by an aggressive man in the hostel lobby, and it nearly turned into a fight. There are no entry controls, access cards, or bracelets.

Good hostel, close to the sea. Supermarkets and different kinds of entertainment are nearby too.
