Hillcrest Boutique Hotel

The staff were attentive and so friendly, and the location made it easy to reach the town of St. George’s in just a few steps, with its cute shops and local food. The beach was a short walk away too. I had a relaxing three-night weekend at this beautiful hotel, in a spacious, nicely decorated room on the second floor. The king bed and pillows were fantastic, and the shower pressure was excellent. I enjoyed the big saltwater pool, hot tub and sauna, and had my morning coffee by the pool each day. I especially liked getting lunch from the nearby grocery store’s hot table, where there was a range of local dishes. I’ll definitely be back.

The team took care of all the details, from daily breakfasts and fireside lounges to arranging taxis for longer trips. The rooms were fresh, roomy and comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. You can easily walk to all the best sights around St George. We had the best stay and would highly recommend it!

I surprised my dad with a birthday trip to St George’s and a stay at Hillcrest. It was a lovely boutique hotel getaway that checked every box. The restoration is tasteful, keeping the original historic look while mixing in contemporary interior design in a really balanced way. Looking forward to staying again!

We had such a peaceful, refreshing couple of days for our anniversary. The staff were all sweet and upbeat, the mood at Hillcrest is calming, and everything was close by when we wandered into St George’s for food. We relaxed so much that two days felt like a whole week away. We’ll be back many times. We booked the upper-floor king veranda room for two nights. It was spacious and beautifully furnished, and the veranda was lovely for winding down together in the evening. We spent most of our time at the saltwater pool, usually with it to ourselves. It didn’t have that chlorine-pool chemical feeling, so we could stay in the water as long as we liked. The poolside lounge furniture was comfortable, and we spread out with books and snacks and played pool on the mini table. The sauna and hot tub were lovely too. Since we both have food allergies, the good-sized mini fridge was helpful for storing food. The shower had perfect pressure, and the firm bed was comfortable with huge pillows, which matters to me because I’m very particular about pillows. The door code was convenient, and I didn’t have to worry about losing a key. It felt secure.
