The location is good for tourist attractions and the airport, but it was really hard to find the hotel at first. The rooms have good air conditioning and heating, though we found some sanitary problems. Construction started at 8 a.m. on a weekend, when most guests are still asleep. Why would a hotel do that? I reported it at reception and they moved me to another room. From previous reviews, it sounds like this happens often.

There are lots of restaurants within easy walking distance, and the hotel is comfortable with a good breakfast. I spent two nights here while visiting Brunei. For sightseeing, though, you’re better off calling a DART, the local Uber.

The room was affordable, and I liked it enough to recommend it. The toilet and shower were nice and clean. Sorry about the shower photo, one of the shower heads is at the bottom so I could wash my toddler. I didn’t try room service, but they do offer it, and there’s a menu on the room table. The staff are friendly.

The bed was comfy, the shower was good, and the facilities were very good. The staff were both helpful and friendly, and breakfast was NICE!!! Some rooms smell, though, and some have mold :-(

I had a bad stay overall. The electricity went out for an hour, and there was no generator. My room was kind of dorm-like, with five or six small rooms in one apartment. You could hear anyone walking out, and the cleaner started talking early in the morning while some guests were checking out, which woke me up.
