The staff were superr friendly and helpful, especially Mattias, muchas gracias. The hostel also offers several services, including laundry, money exchange, and tours. The space was cozy, clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the beds were comfortable too. I really felt like I was staying in someone’s home. Muchas gracias, we had a great stay.

There’s plenty here: a hot shower, comfortable beds, lots of blankets so you won’t get cold, a terrace, a place to hand-wash clothes, a first-aid kit, TV, a well-equipped kitchen, an iron, and a hair dryer. The staff are charming and helpful, and I’d definitely stay again. A few things could be better: the pricing is confusing, toilet paper is sometimes missing, the dish dryer is almost always full, and the dorm curtains are too short.

I’ve been around the world, and nowhere felt more like home than casa bonita. nicole, matias, and the rest of the team were so kind and knew an incredible amount. My friend nacho and I stayed in the uyuni suite, which was a funny coincidence after we’d just come back from the salt flats. The "terminal terrestre la paz" is conveniently two blocks down the street from CB, or was it UP the street? haha. Another big plus is that both armentia (orand line) and central (red line) "mi teleférico" stations are only minutes away. Staying at casa was the best decision. *matias, you’re the sweetest, smartest, funniest guy I’ve ever met. Thanks for driving me to the airport. Keep on shinning, kid.

The staff are friendly, and they exchange money at good rates. The other parts of the stay were frustrating. Toilets rarely had toilet paper, and the shower wasn’t hot. Three dorms share a single toilet/shower, and the rooms are very small. Hostelworld says towels are included, but they actually cost extra. The location is far from everything except the bus station. When I was checking out, I had my bags packed and asked for the bill, but it took them an hour to give it to me.
