The bathroom floor gets covered in water when you shower, and it stays that way until you leave. The bed is awful and gave me a skin rash. There’s no TV, and the only refrigerator doesn’t work, so there’s nowhere to keep anything cold. No ice maker either. They ignore the do not enter sign on your door, come into your room, go through your things, and throw away things you’re still using. They don’t replace soap or anything else you need, and the front desk person shows up whenever they feel like it. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Don’t book here from May 28, 2025 onward. THE WORST HOTEL IN BRASIL.

The staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful, and ready to lend a hand. The room was cozy and extremely comfortable, and the hotel’s convenient spot in Campinas made it easy to get to the city’s main places. It was my first time here, and things went beyond what I expected, with no problems at all.
