It’s a quiet, pleasant place with a family feel, and a good setting for kids. Breakfast was good and healthy. The price felt fair, including the minibar, where mineral water was R$3 in 2025. Felipe, Juliana, and their family are warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. We only came to rest for a few hours before moving on, but wished we could stay longer ☀️. Hope to come back soon!

Grandma Maria’s meal plans were out of this world, and she’s so sweet! The place itself is cozy, clean, quiet, and beautiful, with a fully equipped kitchen. Thanks for making us feel so welcome. We’ll be back. ❤️

The homemade breakfast was simple but tasty, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and respectful, like a family place. Juliana and her family were incredibly attentive, and they shared lots of helpful tips about the city. I stayed for five wonderful days. The rustic inn is simple, but lovely and cozy, and I really liked the room Ju suggested after I needed to switch. It’s easier to get around by car or motorcycle, though you can use Uber or walk to nearby shops, and I felt safe doing that. There’s also a huge, sweet dog. He wasn’t interested in me at first, but eventually let me pet him. My only suggestions would be to add a mini fridge and a shower beside the toilet. Otherwise, everything was perfect for me. The view of the surrounding hills from our third-floor room was beautiful, and there was a lovely breeze up there. The inn staff were really friendly, and the huge German shepherd looked intimidating but was a sweetheart who loved being petted. I didn’t hear him bark during our three days there. There’s a small area where you can make or prepare meals. Breakfast was simple, with bread, cake, butter, yogurt, pão de queijo and coffee, but everything was fresh and the homemade cakes were delicious. It’s definitely worth staying here.
