The days were windy and cold, but I felt warm staying here. The food was really high class compared with other restaurants on the island, and both the room and restaurant service were excellent and genuinely polite. The team seemed well trained and understood what guests needed. I usually don’t write hotel comments. If I find a nice place, I feel lucky; if it’s bad, I chalk it up to bad luck. But at Ilhabela Deck I truly felt welcomed. Talking with Aline and Estefany was pleasant and efficient. They treated me like a friend and helped with basically everything I could ask for during the trip. They were kind, patient, and made me feel looked after, without needing to worry about anything. What they did went beyond what I expect from a hotel. I was surprised the island hasn’t had many Chinese guests yet. Friends, this place is really good, friendly, not racist, and good value. I sincerely recommend it.

The staff are so hospitable, and breakfast is excellent. The photos don’t really show how beautiful and quaint it is inside. I’d have given it five stars, but the mattress in my room was much too hard. Otherwise, it would’ve been perfect.

Everything felt welcoming, and the atmosphere couldn’t have been better. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and the food was delicious with generous portions. Tudo jóia! There’s also a small beach bar across the road, where you can order the same meals as in the restaurant.

The staff really made this place stand out. Everyone was helpful and in a good mood, and I’d definitely recommend it. The pizza was good, very cheesy.
