The signs in the bathroom, all in red, tell you what not to do and warn about fees if you get something wrong. That doesn’t make for a welcoming or comfortable atmosphere. The rooms are tiny, and you usually share a bathroom with another room. The walls and doors are so thin that you can hear your neighbor talking, especially in the bathroom, which connects to both your room and theirs.

It’s a new, clean hotel, with a good price, though quite far from the center.

The listings on all the booking channels don’t say that this is a digital hotel without a reception desk. I took an Uber there and found no one at the desk. The number they provided didn’t answer messages or calls. I honestly don’t know how anyone is supposed to check into a place like this.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Our food was stolen on the first day and nobody did anything. The manager never showed up and wouldn’t solve the problem. We had to stop using the shared fridge because someone kept taking whatever we put in it. We spent the whole week drinking warm water that we had to buy ourselves, since the hotel doesn’t even provide water. The cleaning was awful, with a cockroach showing up in the room or bathroom every day. There’s no drinking water or soap for washing clothes. There’s no reception or staff at the hotel either. The doors only open and close with codes, and if you need anything or any service, it simply doesn’t exist. We arrived two hours early because we couldn’t control the boat schedule and had to wait outside on the street with all our bags, at risk of being robbed. They wouldn’t let us in before check-in time, and there was no reception or entrance staff. Stay away from this dump.
