The room was tidy, with air conditioning and a fridge, and the pool was good. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and the location near downtown worked well. Good value for the price.

It was horrible, and I ended up having to stay somewhere else. I told them I was a person with a disability traveling with a small child, but they put us in an upstairs room reached by a very dangerous staircase. Rain also gets the room wet. The single bed was broken, and they had no replacement. The place was very dirty. Parking was awful, and it had to be shared with a local gym, even though they said the parking was included. Maintenance started at 7:40 with a lawn mower that kept going until 11:30, when I finally gave up and left. I can't say anything about the pool because it was closed for maintenance. They reopened it the next day, but by then I didn't want to stay. Another couple who had planned to stay two more days also gave up and left. They said they'd speak with finance and reimburse me. When I followed up, I was told they don't give refunds because that's company policy. I was misled.

We were welcomed very warmly, and the service from the staff was lovely. The room with the whirlpool tub was beautiful, and the location is convenient, with bakeries and markets nearby. Parking was a little tight, but we had no trouble. It was rainy, and the pool could have been a bit warmer, though it wasn't cold. The incense smell in the room was terribly strong and wouldn't go away. It gave me headaches, made me sleep badly, and, since I was pregnant, made me nauseous. I didn't mention it during the stay because I thought it might be pregnancy related, but when we got home my husband could smell it on our clothes after opening the suitcase, so it really was too strong. Room service was disappointing too: the floor wasn't cleaned, the bed was poorly made, and the towels weren't changed. Breakfast didn't satisfy us either, with lots of packaged store-bought cookies and few savory choices like pie, pastries, omelets, cuscuz, or pancakes. For the cost, I've stayed in better places in Pirenópolis.
