A wonderful place to stay.

The place was clean, nice, and well organized. At night, though, we realized the bedroom door wouldn't lock, which made us feel unsafe. Noise from the room above also made it hard to sleep. Some walls had a little water damage, and the bathtub curtain was very moldy.

The place is beautiful and the service was really good, but the facilities fell short. The lobby view was closed off for maintenance, so we couldn't see it, which was disappointing. At night the area felt dim, especially by the pool. We used the heated pool after dark and it was wonderful, but too dark around it. The internet was another issue: mobile data doesn't work there, and the room Wi-Fi wasn't working either. We tried to watch a movie and couldn't get it going.

We couldn't get in touch with them at all. There's no proper website, just Booking, and it errors out when you try to book. There's no phone number, and the WhatsApp link on the site doesn't work either. We needed six reservations and ended up booking through Airbnb. This is why the hotel business loses so many customers.
