We had a hammock in our room, and breakfast came with plenty to choose from: breads, coffee cakes, farmers cheese, fruit purees, cold cuts, and excellent coffee. The view of Pedra do Bau was fantastic, especially at sunset. It’s in a great location, and the place was pleasant, simple, and clean.

The only thing I’d suggest improving is adding air conditioning to the room, though I’m not sure the building could accommodate it. That didn’t take away from the experience, which was wonderful. We arrived knowing nothing about the town and were pleasantly surprised by both it and the pousada. The grounds are beautiful and green, the chalets are lovely, and the owners clearly care about their guests and are always ready to help. You can tell they put their heart into what they do. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety, and our room was clean and well looked after. Thank you, Edson and Helena!

The place is peaceful and a great choice if you want to rest. We were warmly welcomed by Mr. Edson and his wife. Everything was spotlessly clean, and breakfast was fresh and especially well prepared, better than at many hotels.

The view of Pedra do Baú was lovely, and breakfast was very good. Edson and Helena were great hosts, and everyone was really friendly. I recommend it.

Edson gave us a fantastic welcome, and the pousada felt so cozy. Breakfast was excellent too. I’d come back without a second thought!
