Capital O Recanto Da Vila Hotel

We arrived after a tiring trip from Brasília and couldn’t get hold of anyone responsible for the rental. Our calls went unanswered, there were no replies to messages, and we got no explanation. We’d booked in advance and confirmed everything, trusting it was all set, but ended up stranded without support or guidance. We had to scramble for another place at the last minute, pay much more because of the urgency, and deal with all the stress and upset that came with it. The listing also appears under different names on booking sites: Vila Nobre, Recanto da Villa, and Vila da Labibia. That creates distrust and adds to the impression of disorganization and a lack of transparency with customers. There was no effective communication, planning, or follow-through on what had been agreed. This was an extremely frustrating experience, with financial loss, wasted time, and a lot of hassle. I can’t recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and secure stay. The level of disregard and lack of respect for renters was unacceptable.
