It was a freezing stay. There was no heater, the TV didn’t work, and the sheets had little holes in them. The instant water boiler was filthy, and the walls need repainting. There was an extra blanket on the couch, but it looked unwashed and had blood stains, so I was hesitant to use it. A lot needs fixing.

I had a family guest staying at your hotel Football last night, and I’m sorry to say they were very upset with the service. The room was very dirty, the bedsheet had blood stains, and the toilet wasn’t clean and smelled bad. Please improve.

The room was really, really bad and smelled awful. The toilet smelled too, and everything else was in bad condition. Friends, please don’t visit this hotel.

The service was awful. The food was poor quality and the portions were tiny, like food for an ant. You can wait a long time without anyone coming to attend to you.
