The view from the hotel was very nice, and it’s a great place to enjoy with family. The owner welcomed us with a lovely smile, and all the staff were polite. The hotel also had all the facilities we needed.

The staff and food were very nice, but the rooms need a lot of work. They need a thorough cleaning, and the bathroom, especially the sink, needs maintenance to bring the rooms back to life. We planned to stay two nights but left after one. I was glad to pay the cancellation fee and get out quickly.

A very good spot for a night away in a quiet, offbeat setting. The food was excellent and the service polite.

The warm welcome and thoughtful attention from the staff made the stay feel like home. They were friendly, helpful, and polite throughout. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet and other restaurant food were delicious. The location was excellent, close to the main attractions and transport. I’d gladly stay at hotel LHAYUL again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place.
