Harbour View Vacation Apartments

The area was quiet at night, and the room was clean and well equipped. The towels were fresh and plush, and the bed was really comfortable. Hot water takes a few minutes, but that was fine. Check-in was easy. The Guest Experience Manager Ellien was polite and professional. She let us leave our bags in the office until check-in, invited us to the restaurant just upstairs, and personally walked us over. The office and restaurant are across the street from the rooms, and she explained everything clearly. I’m really glad I chose this location, and I highly recommend Harbour View Boutique!

(This review is only about their communication and online service.) I had several questions while booking and then cancelling, and they replied quickly with thorough answers. I was looking forward to staying here, but had to cancel when my flights changed at the last minute. Their customer service alone makes this my number one choice for future plans. The cottages look like they offer good privacy, and the grounds and pools seem peaceful and relaxing. The location also can’t be beat if you’re taking a water taxi to or from Caye Caulker or Ambergris Caye.

I booked here after my flight was cancelled, and the staff were very good. The rooms are clean and roomy, with good amenities, and the hotel grounds are lovely. There are two pools and views of the Caribbean. The onsite restaurant is excellent, though a bit spendy by Belize standards. I’d definitely stay again at the start or end of a trip to other parts of Belize.

Parking was the one drawback, since there’s very little space, especially for a large vehicle. We had a short but enjoyable stay in a cozy cottage, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. On site security was a nice plus. The restaurant had a great range of choices, including healthy options.
