Being so close to the ATM cave meant we could take the included tour first, which felt completely different from sharing the cave with a crowd of other tour groups. We were surrounded by jungle, monkeys, and other creatures, but never saw a bug in our room. Howler monkeys hung around all week, which was really cool to see each day. There was so much to do on the property, the rooms were very clean, and the food was insanely good. The staff were so, so sweet. Jade Jungle was amazing, though our four days there didn’t feel long enough. Trust me, it’s worth every penny.

The carrot cake alone could be reason enough to visit. Everything we ate was delicious, and the chef and waiter were among the warmest, most attentive people who have served us. Abby took especially good care of us and made sure we had what we needed. From the moment we arrived, the whole team made us feel at home. Lance has created something special, and you can feel the care in every detail. Jade Jungle Resort gave us the rare chance to fully relax and disconnect. We needed exactly that, an intimate, unusual escape surrounded by nature. We’ll be back. Thanks for having us!

The resort took care of arranging all our activities, and even handled rides to and from the airport, so we didn’t have to think about a thing. Its grounds were peaceful and majestic, and the people working there were caring and friendly. We had a magical time. It was a remarkable mix of remote, authentic surroundings and the comfort of natural materials, exquisite food, and attentive staff.

The hillside cabanas gave us an incredible view each morning, and the beds were super comfortable. We were really in the middle of the jungle, hearing its sounds at night. Walking to the secret garden and river was beautiful, and the water felt amazing. The swing and swinging rope bridge were so much fun, and chocolate making was great too. There’s an ancient Mayan site on the property. Over our three nights, the staff were top notch. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and so sweet with our seven-month-old. I was genuinely sad to say goodbye. The food was organic, healthy, grown right on the property, and so tasty. There was breakfast, lunch, and a four-course dinner, and every meal left me feeling good. I kept wanting the recipe for everything. We’ll definitely come back.

The huts, bridges, and paths through the jungle made the property feel peaceful, immersive, and magical. Everything blended into nature while still being comfortable and secure. Housekeeping kept it spotless and well maintained, and the hosts and staff made us feel welcome, safe, and cared for. I have no complaints. It was one of the best experiences of my life, and I can’t recommend Jade Jungle Resort enough for adventure, relaxation, great hospitality and food, and a real connection to nature. The kitchen deserves special recognition. Meals were fresh, flavorful, and unforgettable, prepared in collaboration with @turnipvegan Todd Anderson. The drivers were phenomenal, taking us to and from the airport and excursions while also acting as knowledgeable guides. They led birdwatching, walks on the property, and shared impressive knowledge of Belizean history, plants, wildlife, and birds. You could feel how much they care about the environment and sharing their culture. The whole stay at Jade Jungle Resort was one of my most incredible travel experiences. From arrival onward, every detail surpassed what I expected. Special shout-outs to Israel, Mike, Heidi, Ricky, and Rosa, Tanya, and the entire kitchen staff. And long-distance pet-pets for the kitties. I’ll be back!
