We had a bit of trouble with our room, through no one's fault, so they moved us to a really nice one. No complaints about this place, and I'd definitely recommend it.

We loved having the rooftop patio as a place to unwind with a drink under the stars after our jungle excursions. We didn't get to use the rooftop pool, but it was there. The front desk staff were kind and helpful, and the hotel felt safe and clean. Our room was comfortable and clean, if not especially fancy, and the in-room AC was much appreciated after a full day out. Maya Bella Downtown Hotel is right on the main street in downtown San Ignacio, with countless good restaurants and bars just 2-5 minutes away. We had a great stay and would easily recommend it to others visiting.

Morning coffee was a nice perk, and the front desk staff were helpful. The pool was fine, not amazing, but it was a nice spot to tan. The hotel was clean and safe, right in downtown San Ignacio. It isn't fancy, but it was definitely a nice, clean place. I'll be back.

We walked to the ruins in 20 minutes, and the front desk staff helped us arrange taxis. The hotel was quiet, and the area felt very safe. Its location is perfect, right by the market and the more touristy area, with lots of restaurants next door. The AC worked perfectly, and there was a cute rooftop pool and a hammock and swing area. I'd stay here again.

The downtown location is unbeatable, and the room had everything we needed: AC, working hot showers, and a working safe. There's even a small rooftop pool. The sinks were a little clogged, but that's a minor issue overall. I'd recommend staying here :)
