Iana was so helpful at breakfast, even getting fresh, hot cinnamon buns for me when breakfast was nearly over. The breakfast was amazing, and the hotel was very clean. We were there for one night while work was happening at home, and the staff and management were wonderful. They also helped us upgrade to a suite without any trouble with our online booking. Thank you to everyone 🙏🏽🫶🏽

We were here long term for a training course, and everyone made it a great stay. The rooms were clean, the staff were accommodating, and breakfast each morning was really nice. Special mention to Hector for outstanding service. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was A+++.

The one thing I’d suggest improving is the hot water in the morning, since there wasn’t much. I’ll be back someday, though. The room was spacious and very clean, and I also enjoyed the small fitness room and excellent breakfast. Every employee made the stay enjoyable: Lorans kept our room, Purvanshi and Mark were at the front desk, and Terry and Iana were in the breakfast room. Thanks as well to the gentleman shovelling outside, who warned us to be careful because it was slippery. Hats off to all of them!

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious, including the bathroom, which had good lighting and nice amenities. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety, and the staff were courteous and helpful. We had a wonderful stay here with my son’s basketball team. Terry and Iana in food services were especially wonderful.

Terry and Iana make breakfast a pleasant start to the day. They always chat with hotel guests and serve with a smile, and their dedication really makes me want to get up each morning and see them.
