The restaurant food was amazing, and the service is what made this a five-star stay. Everyone was phenomenal, attentive, and quick to make sure we had what we needed or offer a recommendation. Jeremy was still working there, which was nice to see after I'd visited for brunch a couple of years ago. He wasn't our server, but I saw him being kind to the guests at the next table, then cleaning ours when he noticed we were done. Great teamwork, and we'll definitely be back. We stayed for two nights and had worried the highway traffic noise might be too loud, but it wasn't too bad. Our main-floor room had an incredible view. I can't remember everyone's names, but the staff really were wonderful.

Hudson went out of his way to help us during our six-day stay at the Juniper. The staff were super helpful, the property was beautiful, and the food was great. It was very convenient for Banff and the ski areas. Only wish the hot tub had been a little hotter.

Ivana at the front desk was an absolute gem. She helped us with everything and gave us tremendous service, as did the rest of the incredible staff at the Juniper Hotel. We highly recommend renting their e-bikes, which are free for three hours each day. We spent three nights and were very pleased. The hotel is a little outside downtown Banff, but their shuttle drops you at the IGA parking lot downtown. Our room was a decent size, and the outdoor hot tub had a nice view. The jets' timer only runs for five minutes, though, so you have to get out and press it again often. The Bistro dinner menu wasn't kid friendly, so one evening we went elsewhere. We ordered Aardvark Pizza for the kids one night, then had a great date night at the Bistro.

The dining room was lovely, with beautiful mountain views, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking the rental was easy, and town was just a two-minute drive. It was an 18-minute drive to Sunshine and 40 minutes to Lake Louise. We enjoyed our week there, and the beds were comfortable. I liked the coffee press, tea, and nice mugs in the room. The mini fridge froze our drinks, though, and the hot tub wasn't warm enough for a winter soak.

That 3-hour e-bike ride along the river to the Banff center was a highlight of our week. We were surrounded by nature, with unbelievable mountain views from the rooms, and even the hot tub looked out at the mountains. The staff and front desk team were so kind, and the location was perfect. My close friend Emre Acikalin, who used to work at the front desk, suggested we stay here, and we’re glad we did. We didn’t get to try the restaurant, which is supposed to be one of the best in town, but we’ll make sure to next time. My wife and I had such a great experience. Thanks, guys! 🤘
