The resort home is an easy walk from the village, and it felt homey without being crowded. We booked directly through Blue Mountain and had a good stay. The appliances are a bit dated, even though everything worked fine. We'd still come back next time.

The place was warm all night, had in-unit laundry, and included shuttle service to Blue. It was a good deal, with a clean two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout and a kitchen set up well enough. The furnishings are starting to look tired. Ask whether they have kitchen basics like salt and pepper, or bring your own.

The best thing about Unit 210 was the location, only a five-minute walk to the village. I'd stay again for that alone. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit was nicely renovated and very clean, with new appliances and bathrooms. The pillows could have been nicer, but they did the job.

Our weekend reservation was for check-in tomorrow, and we're a few hours away by car. Ontario is facing a major snowstorm, with official advisories to avoid all non-essential travel. Even after an Expedia representative contacted the property for us, they refused a refund or any accommodation. To me, good customer service means using reasonable discretion when travel is expected to become genuinely unsafe. They didn't do that, and although they've kept our money this time, the experience means I don't want to book here again. Plenty of other beautiful places treat guests with more understanding.
