I paid 650 for three nights, and still had to empty my own garbage. The TV didn’t work, and there was no extra room service at all, including fresh towels or garbage pickup. For the quality of the rooms, the rate was way overpriced.

The staff were incredible, and the rooms were well appointed. My shaving kit slipped out of my bag in the stairwell while I was leaving. I didn’t realize it was missing until later that day, when I was already a 12-hour drive away. I called the hotel, and the front desk attendant was so helpful and reassuring. He explained how to get it returned and made sure it would be sent to me in my home province. I really appreciate everyone going the extra mile to help.

For $204 a night, this felt like a rip off. There were no outlets to charge anything, the lighting was awful, and the bathroom sink was in the living space. There was no light in the one-piece tub surround, and my husband had to duck under the shower head. They must have run out of conditioner because they put more soap in its place. The kids’ pool was tiny too.

We arrived late after traveling and the room smelled like marijuana. We asked for another room and were told the hotel was full, then suddenly a second room became available. It was an older unit and not much better, very dated, musty, and with an old, dirty rug. We used the shower that night, but the tub was plugged and wouldn’t drain. The next morning we told staff and asked for some kind of refund since the water was still sitting in the tub and we couldn’t shower. After maintenance checked, we were told we hadn’t used the drain properly. We didn’t agree, since we’d tried to figure it out when the water wouldn’t go down. Nothing was offered for any of the problems. Wouldn’t recommend.
