The owners are hands-on with the day-to-day running, and you can see the care they put into everything. We and several colleagues used the conference room for our Christmas party. The food was amazing, the staff were extra friendly, and everything was there. An over-the-top excellent experience. Highly recommend!

Really great service and a great hotel. My one issue was the bathroom sink and vanity being open to the living room, with no door for privacy. It would be nice to be able to close that area off.

The wheelchair accessible sink and tilted mirror are good features, and there are roll-in showers. But plush carpet in those rooms is a no-go. It was also disappointing that the shower hadn't been lowered before arrival and that there weren't hooks at an accessible height. Accessibility is something I really like to review.

Barb, the Events coordinator, helped us arrange my husband's 80th birthday celebration with family and friends in the Cooks Falls room on October 11th. She also accommodated our last-minute changes. The service was brilliant and timely, and they kept the surprise until the last moment. Food and service were excellent, and our guests were delighted. Thanks for all the help, Barb.

The conference center was lovely, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The bar and restaurant had a decent menu, and I had a pleasant stay. If you're in this part of town, this is the place to stay!
