The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of fresh options and good restocking. My room was quiet, clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bed made it easy to sleep well. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and check-in was quick and smooth. The Ramada is also handy for reaching nearby restaurants, shops, and local attractions. It’s not a luxury hotel, but the stay felt reliable and good value for the price. I’d consider coming back.

The room at Ramada by Wyndham Cold Lake was spotless, fresh, and clearly well cared for. The staff were especially welcoming and ready to help, and the GM was approachable and nice too. You can tell the place is run well. It was a solid stay, and I’ll definitely be back.

The team’s care and professionalism made a real difference during my stay at the Ramada Hotel in Cold Lake. Service was outstanding, with friendly people who were ready to help. My room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, so it was easy to unwind after a long day. The overall atmosphere and the stay itself exceeded my expectations. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Cold Lake.

Breakfast was better than at many places I’ve stayed, and the hotel was clean and well kept. The staff were great, especially the helpful front desk. I was upgraded to room 230, a suite with a kitchenette, and it was very clean and fully stocked. The kitchen was well set up, and there were plenty of outlets, USB charging spots, a night light, and a full cable package. For future work trips, I’d appreciate breakfast starting earlier, around 5 or 5:30 am, since many guests start work at 6 or 6:30. It would also help if room cleaning took night shift workers into consideration. Still, it was a very good stay, and I’d come back.

We had a comfortable, pleasant night at Ramada with the family. The open parking area was handy, and both check-in and checkout were easy. The front desk lady, Gurleen, was friendly and professional, and she was especially sweet with my kid when we checked out. The other hotel staff were supportive and kind too. I’d recommend staying here when visiting Cold Lake. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to Gurleen♥️ and the whole Ramada team.
