We switched hotels after our event. The group rate made this place okay for a quick night's sleep, perhaps two nights at most, but the rooms had an awful smell. We kept spraying air freshener and wondered if old carpets were to blame. The bathroom fan made a lot of noise and kept changing pitch. I'm surprised there's no ongoing maintenance, since things like that are so obvious that housekeeping should report them. One iron in our rooms was broken, and we reported it in case we might be charged for it. The safes didn't work, and the Wi-Fi never worked, even though they sometimes tell you it does.
