Days Inn by Wyndham Edmonton Downtown

The staff were helpful, friendly, and professional, and everything ran smoothly. The location was convenient and easy to get to, which added to the value. My room was clean and well looked after, with a cozy bed that made it easy to rest. A comfortable stay for the price, and I’d come back.

Martha at the front desk is amazing. She helped us get toiletries when we needed them and looked after us when my sister got sick. She’s an angel, and great staff make all the difference. Thanks, Martha! The location is great and the price is right. Sure, the room carpet looks like it’s from the ’80s, but this is still a great place to hang your hat. Parking is only $10. 10/10.

The room had all the basics, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location is handy too, with easy access to public transit and restaurants. A friend had really enjoyed the Days Inn by Wyndham Calgary South, so when he came to Edmonton he chose Days Inn Downtown Edmonton. Unfortunately, the heater in his room didn’t work, and it was really cold during the stay. After checking out, he realized he’d left his AirPods behind. When he came back to ask, staff said the woman who cleaned the room hadn’t seen anything. He called again the next day and they still said nothing had been found. Very disappointing.

The room was modern, clean, comfortable, and fantastic. Parking was the one problem. The parkade is very tight, costs extra, and I didn’t see nearby alternatives that weren’t even more expensive. It’s a good spot for office work or a concert. But after a long workday, hauling my equipment through the parkade, down the stairs, into the elevator, then up two more floors was not ideal.
