Quality Hotel & Conference Centre

Breakfast was great, the price was fair, and reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern, very clean, and well equipped. Need I say more?

The motel itself is beautiful, and the rooms feel luxurious. We were travelling in a storm, and family and friends recommended it, so I booked online. When we arrived two hours later, the woman at reception was so rude and ignorant. I’d mistakenly entered the arrival date as the checkout date, so the reservation had been processed for the wrong date. It was Christmas and the parking lot was empty. There was no need to be so rude about changing the date 😞

The property was clean and well managed, with fresh beds and linens. There’s a pool and hot tub, but it was too crowded for us to use. The game room has pool tables and foosball, and the place is conveniently located right off the Trans Canada Highway and attached to a casino. Breakfast was included and decent. I’d stay again, though I asked online for a top-floor room and didn’t get one. No one acknowledged the request at check-in, and the hotel isn’t very soundproof. Kids were running above us, which is exactly why I’d asked for the top floor.

Our company has stayed here since the hotel opened, and we’ve always enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and the staff had been extremely friendly until tonight. We usually put two drivers in one room since we all know each other. One driver checked in before me, as we’ve always done, but when I arrived, the woman wouldn’t give me a key without checking whether my name was on the room. The same name was listed as always, with the drivers’ names added. That’s it for our nights at this hotel.
