Nova Inn Edson

My wife’s car broke down during a road trip, and she parked here in case she needed to spend the night. The staff noticed her heading to Walmart to look for a mechanic after hours and stepped in with a lot of support. They found her a room at the last minute and made sure she felt welcome and knew what to expect. They told her in advance that the people upstairs would leave in the middle of the night and that rooms up there get cleaned overnight, so she wouldn’t be surprised by noise. She was blown away by how friendly, concerned, and helpful they were.

Odd-numbered rooms face the trucks and cars, while even-numbered rooms are where you’ll hear the trains.

The older man at the front desk was extremely rude. Cleaning was half done, the rooms smelled of bleach, and the carpets were disgusting.

Our 60-day work stay went really well, and we’d happily come back. The staff at the desk and housekeeping were pleasant and accommodating, quick to help whenever we needed something. The generous bagged breakfast was convenient, and they even helped print or send things to our work. Thanks for all the Halloween treats and for being so accommodating. I injured myself at work and spent most of the stay using a wheelchair. The suite was roomy enough to get around without trouble, and the elevator worked well. We had a large suite with a stovetop oven, full-size fridge, washer, and dryer, plus everything else we needed. Coffee and tea were available in the lobby, and the coffee was amazing.
