The staff were great to deal with, communication was excellent, and having food options right on site was handy. It's also close to UNB and the highway. For our family, this was a good value and a simple stay. The room was clean, quiet, and had what we needed. The AC worked well, and the mini fridge with freezer was already nice and cold when we arrived. We slept fine and felt comfortable for the price, so we'd happily stay again. There are a few things that could be better: the shower and sink pressure need work, and the water didn't stay hot long enough. The bath towels were small, and we could have used extra pillows or a blanket or two in the dresser, since we got a little cold and the pillows weren't great. The room could use some updating.

It isn't a fancy place, but the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and there was a takeout spot right next door. There's a restaurant too, though it was closed during our stay. We had a smart TV, and more outlets would've helped. We were told coffee was available in the kitchen, but the brewed pot was full of coffee grounds, and I couldn't find milk or cream anywhere.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. For the price, it's not bad: the room was cozy and the AC kept it comfortable throughout the stay. I just wish the bed had been a bit nicer. I'd recommend it to anyone traveling on a budget.

The staff were the best part of my stay, super friendly and helpful. It's a budget-friendly place, and my room was very clean with a really comfy bed, mini fridge, and microwave. There wasn't an iron, hairdryer, coffee maker, or any hangers in the closet. Coffee service in the kitchen area doesn't start until 9 a.m. The location works well for exploring the area if you've got a car.

There's a full-service kitchen on the second floor, plus a good restaurant and store in the building. The price is hard to beat, and it's a great spot to relax. It gets noisy on school days, though. Too bad university students take over the motel from September through April.
