We paid $50 a night + tax for a room with 2 queen beds, which made this better value than the hostel for two or more people. The rooms were much nicer than I expected for the price, with comfy beds, a cozy clean feel, a mini fridge, and a microwave. There’s also a hot tub, laundry, and treadmill at the property. The downside was the lack of sound insulation at the door. We could hear housekeeping moving the mop bucket, people talking in the parking lot, and skidoo engines revving. Still, we’ll stay here every time from now on.

The rooms are just decent, always clean, but nothing special. In a place like this, though, it’s nice to find an affordable room when there probably isn’t a ton of traffic through nakusp. I came a few times before writing a review, even though they asked after my first visit. After 4-5 visits, the people recognize me and my girlfriend and always greet us with a smile. It’s a good, safe, comfortable hotel if all you need is a place to hang your hat.

I travel a lot, and this is my favorite ski town hotel ever for value. The owner is so friendly and always remembers us. Rooms are clean, and the hot tub and sauna area are great. If you need a good deal on a place to crash for a night, you’ve found it.

There’s wifi, but it’s slow, and loading web pages was a wait compared with other hotels or just using my phone data. I’d recommend staying here and would come back.
