The staff were great, the bathroom and shower were nice, and the Wi-Fi was faster than I expected. I got a double queen room for a reasonable single queen rate. It was a bit small but very clean, and the bedding was more comfortable and nicer than I expected from a highway side motel. I didn’t stay for breakfast or use the pool, though both looked just fine.

Breakfast came with the room, though it was quite basic. For roughly $80 CAD, we got two queen beds, a modern flat screen, and a good sized bathroom. The hotel met our needs nicely, and it’s conveniently right off the freeway when you’re passing through.

The motel has an older style, but check in was great. The lady was quick and explained everything. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and I was really happy to see Matrix shampoo and conditioner. I’d definitely stay again.

The pool is quiet and beautiful, bordered on the sides by a nice garden. Rooms are a decent size and set up well for internet devices, with an alarm clock that has charging ports. The beds are comfortable too. Free breakfast is basic but good.

The room had a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine, and there was enough hot water for all three of us. No shower trouble, and no bed bugs, which matters a lot. It’s an old style motel, though it may have been renovated, and it was clean enough. There were no plates for heating food on proper china. If you ask at reception, they’ll give you plastic ones, but I don’t think those are good for the microwave.
