Quality Inn & Suites

Mary at the front desk was so helpful and lovely. We’d only planned on one night, but ended up adding another. The room was roomy and nicely set up, and we slept well on the comfortable bed and pillows. I’d stay here again.

Breakfast turned out better than I expected, and the woman running the kitchen was lovely. The room itself was clean and had plenty of towels, though we were disappointed there was no body wash, so we were glad we’d brought our own. The mirror by the bathroom was nice, but there wasn’t a desk to sit at, which was really inconvenient for me with mobility issues. We were here on Halloween night to watch the World Series. The carpet looked very dated, the mattress left both my husband and me sore in the morning, and the pillows were flat. The woman at reception wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. At 1:30 in the morning, two guests came in and talked loudly between two rooms. The floor overlooks the front desk, but nobody came up to ask them to keep it down or be considerate. We won’t stay here again.

The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were fine, but the hotel’s location just off the highway meant noise all night. We also got an unexpected 5:30am wake up call. When I mentioned it to the receptionist in the morning, she didn’t seem to take responsibility. I’d been hoping for one night away from the baby without being woken up, and that didn’t happen.

The rooms haven’t been updated, and the walls are paper thin. You can hear people walking overhead, using the bathrooms, and the elevator running through the night. The temperature is hard to manage too, it’s either really hot or cold. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at any price.
