Josie and Tatiana made a tough time in my life feel a little easier. They greeted me warmly, and after I arrived I needed to change rooms because of my animal. I felt embarrassed, but Josie quickly and kindly found me another room and put me at ease. I've worked in hospitality myself, and even though the hotel is “a hotel,” those two brought the experience up to a five-star level.

We paid a lot and got pretty poor service. Staff seemed disoriented, and our setup was actually taken apart in the middle of a workshop. The main projector wasn't working properly either.

The quality and cleanliness fell short of even basic expectations for what I paid. I wouldn't come back, and can't recommend this hotel.

The rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished, and the place looks like it was renovated recently. But the layout is odd, with the main elevator far from the lobby, and the walls are very thin. There isn't much staff interaction, and the only coffee is what's offered, with no free breakfast options. There's a restaurant on site, though I didn't try it. There wasn't much to see or do nearby, and parking was a major hassle with two hotels sharing one lot.

There are two hotels next to each other here, and this is now a Hilton location. We stayed in the suites on the right, but ours was really a regular-size hotel room with a full kitchen, so it felt cramped. Home2Suites is presented as a home away from home for longer stays, but I think this room is too small to stay and work in for much more than five days. It's a few minutes from the train station, and you can hear the train horns. You'll need a car since there's nothing within walking distance. There is a small pool and fitness room, and the buffet breakfast is included, which makes it a bit cheaper than downtown.
