Room 110 had some wear from being used for guests with pets, which seemed expected to me. The room was immaculate otherwise, and the bedding was clean. I spent two nights there with my two dogs, and the husband and wife who run the motel were friendly and helpful. There were no bugs at all, and I checked carefully. I stayed Feb 23-25, 2026. For what I paid, I couldn't have asked for more. And don't hesitate to ask for extra towels or blankets.

Once the heat finally got going, the room was nice and a good fit for the price. It was chilly when I first arrived because the heat wasn't on. The main downside was hearing the people in the room next door talking at 3am. Still, it worked as a place to stop.

It was mostly clean and affordable, though they could put in a bit more effort. There was only one set of towels, so ask for extras if you're staying with someone else. The office was closed when we needed them. I'd stay again if I were traveling by myself.

Everything felt old, including the gross towels that looked like they were from the 60s. They didn't clean the room during my stay, and the paper-thin walls let you hear everything. There was no staff overnight, or until 10am. For what it is, the price was extremely high.

The owner was such a sweetheart, really delightful and friendly. Our first reservation fell through, so we needed to find somewhere else, and this motel was affordable even over the May long weekend when rooms were harder to find or prices could be sky-high. I was glad we could stay without going into Saskatoon or paying a fortune. The room was dated, but we were only there to sleep before heading to our next stop, so it did what we needed. The blankets and pillows weren't very comfortable, like at a lot of places. Fine for a quick road trip stop.
