Andrea was such a kind, generous host, and we’re so grateful to her. She even made vegan bread for us after we mentioned our dietary restrictions around breakfast. The house was super clean and felt like a home away from home, with all the kitchen and bathroom essentials, plus two comfy beds and two bathrooms. I was blown away by the hospitality and would highly recommend staying here.

The cottage setup gives you a nice bit of privacy, with the lovely bathrooms right by each unit's entrance before you get to the bedroom. There are just two cozy units, and the shared kitchen has plenty of room to cook and catch up, plus a full-size fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave. The mattresses have thick Novaform toppers and lots of pillows, and the clean, soft linens and duvet made it easy to sleep well. Outside, there's a peaceful mountain view and a beautiful new Haida seniors residence across the street. Breakfast is included at the sister location, less than a relaxed five-minute walk away. That spot has old-fashioned decor and a gorgeous view across the ravine. I'd happily recommend this welcoming place for a restful stay in Prince Rupert.

The photos gave a different impression of the place. The owner was judgmental and not welcoming when we met. I wouldn't recommend dealing with her.
