We were just stopping for the night before taking the ferry, and Cindy greeted us when we arrived. She’d upgraded us from the queen room to the king suite, and wow, it was amazing. I loved the green theme and tasteful decor. The bed was huge and comfortable, with lots of built-in storage if you’re staying longer and want to unpack. The en-suite was impressive too, with a big soaker tub, a shower, and two sinks. It reminded me of some of the en-suites in lottery show homes. I’d entered the wrong dates when booking Enchanted Rainforest through an online service. I called Cindy about the mistake, and she managed to get us the dates we needed. Whether you’re visiting Prince Rupert or just passing through for the ferry, it’d be hard to find a better B&B.

The common room is lovely, with coffee, tea, toasters, and hot plates. This isn’t a bed and breakfast anymore, but the accommodation and the hostess, who’s very knowledgeable and speaks really well, more than make up for that. My room was bright with natural light all day, spacious, colorful, and well kept. The bathroom had a stand-up shower and a tub big enough for a large 6'2" man. Definitely a place I’d choose again.

I called late because of unexpected circumstances, and they managed to get me a room within an hour, well beyond what I expected on such short notice. The King suite was just right, with an en-suite bathroom, standing shower, and a big tub I could fit in easily at 6'2". It’s no longer a bed and breakfast, but I had an amazing stay, and there’s coffee and tea in the common room. I’d recommend it to anyone.

The owner was a big help arranging transport from my train and on to the ferry. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the main street, through a nice, quiet area. The bright, clean rooms and big common area were great, and breakfast was tasty.

Everyone was really friendly, and the stay was fine for catching the ferry the next morning. Just be aware that you can hear every creak at night, especially when the room next door is occupied too.
