Four Points by Sheraton London

The rooms were newly renovated, very clean, and had comfy beds with massive pillows. Service at check-in was good, but the rest of the service let us down. At the bar I ordered vodka, and when I was asked if I wanted another drink, I was told they were out and “too occupied with other things” to fetch more from the basement. They finally went to get some after I asked again. At checkout I asked for tea because my room had only one chamomile bag and I needed caffeine. The person at the desk had only a couple of the same tea in her drawer and said I'd need to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to help. There wasn't even a water or coffee station in the main foyer. I know they're renovating, but this isn't acceptable. I won't be back to Four Points.

I stay here a few times a year and have never had an issue. The location and amenities are great, and you get good value for your money. There's a nice little bar for a quick drink or bite, and the breakfast choices are amazing.

The food was well taken care of because Obi Jani paid close attention and made sure I was happy with what I got. He was friendly, extremely professional, and went above and beyond what I expected. I can't say enough about how polite, enthusiastic, and professional he was. If you want great service from a well-rounded gentleman, ask for Obi at the hotel restaurant lounge.

The room was clean and very comfortable, and Leslie at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The cleaning staff were lovely too. One woman was vacuuming, noticed I was on the phone, and turned it off so I could finish my conversation. I can't say enough good things. I'm looking forward to my next visit to London and having the honour of staying at your hotel. I stayed at the Four point for two nights, August 30 - September 1, and had an amazing experience.
