The rooms with kitchens worked well, and the gym had all the basics. The location was quiet, the staff friendly, and breakfast had a good range of choices each day. I was impressed with the stay overall, though the bathroom sink was awkward to use because the walls got in the way and limited access. On the last night, my car and another vehicle were broken into, even though the underground parking was secured from the public. The staff helped me out, but keep in mind not to leave valuables in your vehicle.

With my father going through cancer treatment, having a good place to stay mattered a lot. This hotel was beautiful and clean, and the staff were the best I’ve dealt with in years of business travel. Breakfast was excellent, with everything kept stocked and people ready to help. Deanna was especially kind. When the pancake machine started acting up near the end of service, I told her not to worry since I could eat something else. She got it working and brought pancakes right to my table. She was cheerful, helpful with ideas for things to do nearby, and had a lovely smile. I’d absolutely stay here again.

The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had included with a stay, and the people serving it made it even better. They greeted us warmly and kept the food and drinks refilled. It was the highlight of our visit.

The room had no power from our 3 PM check-in until midnight, and there was no emergency light. The area had an outage, but the lobby and outside spaces still had electricity while the guest rooms had none. We were left without lights or hot water and couldn’t get a hot meal. It felt unsafe in the very dark room. We had booked two nights and asked for a refund for the one affected night. The hotel refused, saying that because we booked through Booking.com we had to contact them. Booking.com tried calling the hotel, but got no response. The whole thing was frustrating and handled poorly. I expected better communication and service from a Marriott property.
