Staywell Inn & Suites

We’ve stayed several times and the staff have always been friendly, helpful, and efficient. One night they even called to let us know we’d left our vehicle unlocked. Housekeeping is wonderful, and the rooms and bathrooms are clean, tidy, and well stocked. There’s a good mix of hot and cold breakfast food, and the tea and coffee machine is very popular. Tea and coffee are available in the foyer around the clock, with chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon. The hotel is a short walk from the hospital, with grocery stores and other shops nearby.

The team and amenities were lovely, and the location is hard to beat. It was only blocks from the hospital where I needed to see my patient every day, and getting groceries for the suite was easy. The apartment had a full kitchen, and shops were convenient too. I’d still stay there again. The furniture needs an upgrade, though. The bed felt like cement, the pillows were paper thin, and the pull-out couch had a strange, thin, uncomfortable plastic mattress with no sheets. They wanted to charge another $70 for sheets even though they knew what we needed. My flabbers were gasted.

I was in town for an early hospital appointment, so I stayed one night. It only took a minute to drive over to the hospital. The room was very clean, the bathroom had plenty of soap and towels, and breakfast was good. Having coffee, tea, and cookies available during the day was a nice treat. The staff were friendly too.

The Staywell Inn & Suites in London was easy for handicapped guests to access and close to the hospital and several restaurants. My room was clean and spacious, the staff were very friendly, and the buffet breakfast was great. I spent one night and would definitely recommend the place.
