The suites are set up for either two or four people, assigned at random, and each has a private washroom, a storage room, and a sink. I stayed at this new residence in my first year, and it had pretty much everything: an airy cafeteria with a wide range of daily dishes, a gym, a main lounge, two piano rooms, two laundry rooms, and two courtyards. There’s a front desk with kind staff, housing services on the main floor, and study lounges on every floor with floor-to-ceiling windows.

We spent a few nights here during the summer while visiting Western. It felt like a luxurious stay, and I’d strongly recommend it as an alternative to hotels.

This is my second term living here and I love it. The front desk staff are so nice and helpful, the food is great, and the whole vibe feels classy. 😊

The food at ohall is consistently good, with loads of choices, and the staff are really friendly and accommodating. High key, it’s the best res at western. The main drawbacks are the long food lines at peak times, since everyone wants to eat there for the first few months, and people breaking ceiling tiles for some reason.

My son went there to study. The location seems good, and the rooms look reasonably new.
