I have a couple of clients here, and there are cockroaches all through the room, even getting into the fridge. If food goes bad because of the bugs, who's responsible? Repairs also won't be done the same day. It can take two or three days before anything gets fixed.

The building manager is a great guy, always ready to help and clearly cares about the guests. The rooms are clean and kept up well, which makes this a perfect place for a longer stay. Highly recommend it.

Just a heads-up, even though I was paying over $100 a night, I had to bring my own toilet paper and towels. I've never had to supply those myself in a room before. Aside from that, the stay was alright.

I was dreading my first night, but as soon as I stepped into the room, I felt relieved. The rooms are cozy, comfortable, and mostly clean, and the staff respond quickly whenever I need something or run into a problem. The service is outstanding. Compared with the other motels in the city, this is easily my number one, with lower rates and better quality. It's not a five-star hotel, but it's a five-star motel. Merry Christmas Wharncliffe Suites 🎄

There isn't much room to spread out, but it's just right for a short stay. The room was spotless, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable and nicely presented. The service was great, and the last-minute booking price was excellent. I loved my stay and will book again soon.
