The house is 155 yrs. old, restored to its original elegance, and gave us the feeling of stepping back in time. Joyce's garden was full of tulips and other spring flowers, with the lilacs just starting to bloom. Flowers around the gazebo and a pond with running water made the garden feel peaceful and almost zen. We’ll find a reason to return to Bedham Hall. Joyce and John were gracious, accommodating hosts, and it felt like staying at a favorite relative’s home. We arrived after breakfast hours, but Joyce immediately offered to make us breakfast. The smell of something delicious baking greeted us at the door. We looked forward to the fresh pastries, orange juice, Canadian bacon, and eggs of our choice each morning.

Breakfast in the pretty dining room was amazing, and the whole place was clean and smelled fresh. The room was gorgeous and elegant. Jon and Joyce welcomed us warmly, then Joyce showed us around their beautiful 159 year old Victorian house before taking us to our room. They were kind and attentive, and we felt like family right from the start. I felt like a princess. Can't wait to come back in a month.

Joyce and John made us feel comfortable throughout our stay, and we'll definitely come back when we're in the area. The Victorian design is thoughtfully done and well kept, and everything was spotless. Breakfast was superb. This was easily the best B&B we've stayed in, and we were truly impressed.

We loved how peaceful the house, room, and garden felt, and the food was wonderful. Joyce was especially attentive and personal, making sure we had what we needed and even packing breakfast for our early trip home. Bedham bed and breakfast is far enough from the busy area around the falls to feel calm, but close enough for a brisk walk or an easy transit ride. It was a lovely way to end our holiday, and we'd recommend Bedham Hall bed and breakfast to anyone looking for a special Niagara Falls visit.

Joyce welcomed us warmly and showed us around the beautifully decorated Victorian home. We stayed in the balmoral suite, which was very spacious, with a comfortable bed and an updated bathroom featuring a walk-in rain shower. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order each day. Be sure to try the homemade cakes. I'm so glad I found this place and would highly recommend it.
