All the rooms were clean and well maintained. Mr. Tent, one of the staff, was especially helpful and gave excellent guidance throughout the process. For room accommodation in Owen Sound, this Residence is a very suitable option.

This place feels like a hospital or school, and sharing a single shower with the whole hotel is a nightmare. Customer service was awful too.
