Comfort Inn Pembroke

Breakfast was plentiful and amazing, and the hotel was very clean and well stocked. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. One of the best stays I’ve had in a long time, and I’d absolutely come back.

We won’t be returning. For 220$/night, we expected the building to be cleaner. The bed had pillows the size of couch cushions, and people were partying and making a lot of noise in the hallway. There was a plastic bag tied around our smoke detector. I don’t know why, but it seemed sketchy, as if the previous guest might have smoked in the room. We don’t smoke, so we weren’t happy about it. The man at the front desk was very nice, but the condition of the building puts us off coming back.

We came from out of town for my son's Volleyball tournament, and the hotel was very clean. The staff were amazing and the customer service was excellent. General Manager Sugin made an exception for a late checkout to fit our tournament plans. We’ll definitely return, and I’d recommend staying here.

The inn is right next to the venue where I was playing a show, which was perfect. At check-in, Cindy at the front of house gave me some of the best customer service I’ve had in years. She made sure I knew where everything was and really welcomed me. I’ll stay here again when I’m in Pembroke.
