The location was another plus, close to restaurants, fast food, metro, shoppers, and more. I felt very comfortable here with my husband and baby. It’s the best Motel I’ve stayed at in Canada: quiet, well maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The room and bathroom were clean, with wooden floors instead of carpet. The shower and sink were small.

From the outside, the place doesn’t look like much, but the price is excellent. The room had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, and everything was clean. The location is great too.

The couple at the counter were friendly and called before I arrived to confirm check-in. My suite had been recently refreshed, and everything was clean. The location by the river was nice, too. I drove across Canada and stayed in 2 star places along the way. This was probably the best hotel or motel I found in that class, and certainly the best value for money. If you’re passing through Pembroke and booking a budget hotel, this is a fine option.

From check-in through check-out, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. My room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, and housekeeping did a fantastic job during my stay. I had a wonderful experience here.
