I've stayed here twice for two or three nights each time, and enjoyed using the sauna, pool, and weight room. Arjut was helpful and very nice, always smiling. The woman on the night shift was pleasant too, as was the gentleman, maybe a service man, who kept the lobby supplied with coffee. I'm staying here right now, ha ha. Thanks to all the staff for a nice stay.

The room at the Sandman Hotel & Suites was clean and comfortable, and I had a wonderful stay. Komal at the front desk made a big difference, welcoming us with a friendly, professional manner and getting our check-in done quickly. Her customer service was outstanding and made us feel valued throughout the visit. I'd recommend the hotel, and special thanks to Komal for making the stay so pleasant! 🤗💖🎄

Things were going well until a housekeeping man walked in on my wife as she was coming out of the bathroom half naked. I was at the bank when she called me. This is disgusting. Hiya at the front desk wasn't helpful in explaining why it happened, and didn't answer when I asked for the housekeeper to be banned. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, and wouldn't say it's safe for anyone.

For the price, this hotel does the job, and the location is convenient. The staff were polite, too. But my room had a persistent unpleasant smell that seemed like a maintenance or deep-cleaning problem. The indoor pool area had no towels, and the WiFi was slow and unreliable enough to make working or browsing difficult. A bit more attention to housekeeping and basic amenities could make this a much better stay.

The room wasn't very clean, with hair on the tub, bathroom floor, and pillows. Aside from that, it was not too bad. The area is great, close to McDonald's, Starbucks, and 7/11, and the front desk staff are amazing and friendly.
