The staff were so helpful and accommodating, especially since I don't speak or understand French. The only small drawback was parking, about a 5-8 minute walk away, but that wasn't a deal breaker. The hotel felt surreal, an amazing experience from start to finish, right in the heart of Quebec City with lots of attractions within walking distance. We'll definitely come back on our next visit.

We loved being in the heart of Old City, with a view of the courtyard of the Frontenac from our backyard. There's no elevator, but the staff carried our bags and suggested a nearby garage for parking. They were really friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable.

The old bathroom was the one thing that could use attention. The shower was dated, though still roomy and functional. Otherwise, it was a charming hotel, with big cozy rooms and friendly staff, right in the heart of Old Québec. The restaurant next door had a nice atmosphere and amazing breakfast and brunch. We also got a 15% discount there on arrival.

We had a great stay as a couple. The room was spacious and comfortable, looking out over the square and the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. There wasn't parking at the hotel, but a good underground garage was a block away, $21CA per day. The front desk guys were really helpful and had great suggestions for places to eat. We also got a hotel guest discount for breakfast at the restaurant downstairs, and the food was great with generous portions. I'd highly recommend it.

The service was great, and our room was clean and comfortable. We were right among the great restaurants and sights in old Quebec city. It made for a memorable trip.
