Clarion Pointe Quebec Airport

I booked after reading the reviews and had a great stay, no problems. Breakfast, check-in, and parking all went well, and there’s free coffee from the machine all day. There are no elevators, but a few stairs shouldn't be an issue unless you're physically challenged. I'd recommend the hotel.

A terrible stay. My daughter spilled a little powdered milk, and when I asked room service for a broom, they didn't bring one. Our room wasn't serviced at all between days, and on the last day the fridge quit, spoiling all the food inside. I told the front desk, and they said they'd throw the food out, no problem. Then they charged me a $50 cleaning fee for it. They didn't provide any extra trash bags either.

We stayed one night on Aug/04/25, on the way home from the east coast. The recently refurbished room was in an older hotel. The bed was nice, the linen clean, and there was a huge flat-screen TV, but the bathroom was much too small. It had an old little tub with the toilet squeezed in, and the sink was outside with hardly any counter space. The AC kept switching on and then stopping before it cooled the room at all, which stayed humid and smelled musty. Noise was constant: creaky wood floors meant we heard people walking upstairs and in the halls, plus everything from adjoining rooms. Breakfast was decent, with scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, a waffle machine, and more. Staff were very nice, but I didn't sleep because of the noise and broken AC, so I wouldn't stay again. Overall, 5/10.

The staff are helpful, and the breakfast is decent. Laundry is available, and you can use the juice and coffee machines around the clock.
