Baymont by Wyndham Red Deer

The pool and breakfast were good, but the pool seemed quite deep for kids aged 0-5, and there aren't any life jackets there, so bring your own. My only complaint is that I stayed six days with three little ones and the room was cleaned just once.

We've been here for an extended stay, and the staff have been the best part. The front desk lady is cheerful and says hello and goodnight every day, and the maintenance man is patient, even with my boys in the pool. The breakfast ticket attendant makes sure you're happy and full, and the ladies in the breakfast room see that you have enough, even if there's just one piece left. Our room has always been kept up, and the pillows are some of the best I've slept on. Thank you, housekeeping! If you want a great pool and even better staff, this should be your first choice.

Om made breakfast feel especially welcoming. I was waiting for the coffee to finish brewing, and he brought me a cup before putting the rest out. All the staff were lovely to interact with. My room overlooked the saltwater pool in the central atrium. I didn't use the pool, but it was nice not to smell chlorine, and the atrium made the place feel relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable, and I liked that the extra pillow and blanket were wrapped in plastic so I could feel sure they were clean. A warm, friendly stay. I'd happily return to the Baymont by Wyndham in Red Deer.

The room was nice, and the staff were especially great. The rest of the hotel could use an update. It was our first time here, but we'll be back.
